What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
Is TsukiGlass glassware dishwasher safe?
Most of our collections are dishwasher safe; however, for our hand-painted or gold-rimmed artisanal pieces, we recommend gentle hand washing to preserve the luster.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our home glass collections worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
