At TsukiGlass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artisanal glassware; if your order isn't perfect, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and are securely packed to prevent breakage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully wrap the glassware in its original protective foam and boxing to ensure it arrives back at our studio safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
